Drake's Views

When Drake released the album 'Views', the internet erupted with classic text-in-image memes of him sitting on various objects and structures. At The Young Astronauts, we ran with this pop culture trend and made it possible for anyone to do create their memes through a web app. We acted immediately, building the app from idea to launch in a single day. Users would upload their photo and place Drake somewhere within the image, then share it on social media. The app reached over one million creations in the first week and fifty-thousand concurrent users on the third day. The best part is that it all started with a single Facebook post.
